I’ve shared a lot of personal transformations on this page.
If you’ve ever watched any of those transformation videos and thought to yourself, “Yea, okay. That doesn’t happen in 21 days.” Or you’ve been skeptical in any way . . . I think this video might give you a better idea of WHY I’m able to lose weight/put on lean muscle so quickly.
It might also open your eyes to why YOU aren’t getting the results you want.

“There are three basic human body types: the endomorph, characterized by a preponderance of body fat; the mesomorph, marked by a well-developed musculature; and the ectomorph, distinguished by a lack of much fat or muscle tissue. It’s all about the illusion these structures create. An ectomorph will naturally look skinner than he or she is, an endomorph will look heavier even when ripped, and a mesomorph will look well proportioned even with a little added weight. The goal: Make yourself look like a mesomorph even if you’re not.”
I am a mesomorph. So what does this mean in relation to my transformations?
Comedian Jim Gaffigan famously jokes, “The most annoying are those people in the gym that are exceptionally fit. I’m like, ‘What are you doing here, you’re done.’”
He’s talking to us, Mesomorphs.
We lose weight and gain muscle quickly. On the flip side, we also gain weight and lose muscle quickly. It doesn’t take a lot of work for a drastic transformation.
The negative side of it? Our muscles take longer to recover. We are also more prone to injury because we DO gain muscle so quickly so often times we train incorrectly without even realizing it.
We do best with a diet high in protein and moderate carbohydrates and fats.
